Pleasant, Hardworking, Affordable & Professional
Last fall I required a complete bathroom renovation as well as ceiling and drywall repair due to a toilet issue that caused extensive water damage. The plumber who arrived to stop the water problem suggested I contact Mike from MDS Home Renovations. I was hesitant to work with someone whose work I had not seen but needed the job done quickly and booked MDS. I had a great experience with Mike and his team and once the bathroom was complete, I hired him on to do two more jobs. MDS Renovation also completely renovated my master bathroom and restructured our bedroom closets.
I found Mike and his team to be pleasant, hardworking, professional, take pride in their work and be competitive in price. I also appreciated that Mike took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and ensured I was fully satisfied with the each stage of the project. In short, I felt like I was lucky to have found MDS Renovations for our home renovations and would be happy to hire them again when needed.

Exceeded Our Expectations & Under Our Budget
We hired MDS in August 2014 as we had a very expensive basement leak which the previous contractor gutted our finished basement leaving a cold and ugly mess, Mike and Matt restored our basement and exceeded our expectations with how it turned out. we were left with a very limited budget, MDS was very competitive professional and courteous and even repaired a couple of additional holes in the walls we are extremely pleased with the work performed by MDS and would recommend them without hesitation.

A Job Well Done for a Great Price
Very happy with the outcome of my new bathtub and surround tub tiles. Mike was very professional. When they removed the old tile and drywall, they found 3 wasp's nests (old) and we had a good laugh. The bathtub and pipes, new taps, were installed by a licensed plumber. Mike and his son Matt did the rest and very good job indeed. The price was well below the other six quotes I had received. Well done!
Professional & Quick to Respond
I hired MDS to complete a bathroom renovation. They provided a very detailed quote and answered all of my questions honestly and straight forward. They finished in less time and came in on budget. I was very impressed that although there were a few unforeseen problems with the bathroom, they never charged for the extra expenses. I found MDS to be very professional, quick to respond and comparatively priced. The finished bathroom is beautiful, exactly what I was looking for and I would definitely recommend them.
Very Satisfied with MDS
MDS gets five stars for the job they did on my complete bathroom renovation in my condo. I was unable to find a single flaw in everything they did. I would highly recommend Mike to my friends and will use MDS again in the future.
